Your tier is based on your lifetime purchase total. If you return an item, that amount is deducted from your total. But don't worry — if you're already at a tier, you stay there. We never downgrade members.

Order Verification
For the protection of all parties, we may conduct routine order verification. If an order is flagged by our security system as potentially high-risk, we will send a confirmation email to verify the purchase. Your order will be processed and shipped immediately after you confirm. This is a standard practice designed to prevent unauthorized transactions and ensure every package reaches the right hands.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to automatically cancel and refund any order identified as fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our Terms of Service. This includes — but is not limited to — orders linked to payment disputes filed without prior communication, identity misrepresentation, or patterns of behavior that indicate bad-faith purchasing. In such cases, the refund is processed immediately, and the order is voided before fulfillment begins.

- Repeated false complaints — submitting multiple claims determined to be unfounded after investigation
- Extortionate demands — threatening negative reviews, social media posts, or legal action to extract unreasonable compensation beyond what our policies provide
- Malicious defamation — posting provably false or deliberately misleading reviews designed to damage our brand reputation
- Harassment of support staff — repeated, abusive, or threatening communications directed at our concierge team
- Pattern of abusive returns — excessive returns showing clear signs of wear, damage, or intentional misuse of the return policy to repeatedly obtain free usage of products
What restriction means:
Restricted customers may be subject to one or more of the following measures, applied proportionally to the behavior:
- Ineligibility for promotional discounts and coupon codes
- Limitation or suspension of discretionary post-purchase compensation
- Order interception — future orders may be automatically canceled and refunded
- Permanent account closure in cases of severe or repeated violations
In cases involving criminal behavior — including fraud, theft by deception, or coordinated chargeback abuse — we will pursue all available legal remedies, including reporting to relevant authorities and payment networks.
