Priority air freight. Zero surprises at your door.
All LOTTEDS orders ship via air freight priority (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are included in the price you see — the checkout total is your final price. We handle customs clearance on your behalf.

Order Processing & Delivery
- Order Confirmed You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Air Freight Priority Orders are handed to DHL, FedEx, or UPS for express international transport.
- Tracking A tracking link is emailed once your order leaves our studio.
- Final Delivery Delivery times vary by region; see rates above for estimates.

Tracking, Customs & Support
Use the tracking number in your dispatch email, or contact us at info@lottedsteam.com.
EEA: No additional fees, VAT included. Switzerland: Recipient responsible for any duties. Rest of World: Local customs/import taxes are recipient's responsibility.
Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number, and we will open a claim.
Double-check your address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once dispatched. Reshipment due to incorrect address is at customer's expense.
