The Inspiration
The serpent has circled through jewellery for more than four thousand years — in ancient Egypt as a protective amulet, in Hellenistic Greece as a bracelet wound around the arm, and in Rome as a token of renewal, because a snake sheds its skin and appears to begin again.
We kept that symbolism and dropped the literalism. You will not find a carved head or painted eyes here — only the movement of the coil.
When to Wear It
Snake pieces are evening jewellery by temperament: they read best against bare skin and a simple neckline, and one bracelet is usually enough.
For daytime, wear a single narrow coil with a shirt cuff pushed back — the spiral does the work that a stack of bangles usually would.
